Sucheta Kriplani was a great Freedom Fighter of India and the First Woman Chief Minister of a state in India. Sucheta Kriplani is an important personality who have immensely contributed for the freedom of India. She was born as to a Bengali family in the Ambala City as Sucheta Mazumdar in the year 1908. Her father Mr. S.N. Majumdar was also a nationalist of India. Sucheta Kriplani took her education in Indraprastha College and St Stephen’s College in Delhi. She started working as a lecture in the Banaras Hindu University in the year 1936. She got married to a socialist Acharya Kriplani and joined the Indian National Congress. From there on Sucheta never looked back. She started to work close with Mahatma Gandhi during the time of partition riot. She was one among few women who got elected to the Constituent Assembly. Chhavi Rajawat is the First Woman Sarpanch in India with an MBA degree . She is the youngest person to hold the office of Sarpanch. Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit also known as Swarup Kumari Nehru was born on August 18 th , 1900 in Allahabad - India. She was the daughter of Motilal Nehru and sister of Jawaharlal Nehru. She is an Indian Political Leader and Diplomat and one of the World’s Leading Women in Public Life in the 20 th century. She was married to Ranjit Sitaram Pandit in 1921, after completing her education in India and Abroad. Her husband was arrested for supporting Indian Freedom and later died in Lucknow Prison Jail in 1944, leaving behind his wife and 3 daughter. Dr.Muthulashmi Reddy , an First Woman Doctor in India and the First Woman Vice President Of Legislative Council In The World. A noble woman who have dedicated her life human society especially for women. Muthulashmi was born in the pudukkotai state Tamil nadu for S.Narayanawami iyer and Mrs. Chandrammal. Kalpana Chawla , an Indian-American astronaut and the first Indian Woman in space. A role model for many young women in and around the world. Kalpana’s achievement will always be remembered and cherished in space. It was not easy for a small girl child from Karnal to join NASA and fly in the air. Kalpana Chawla had a dream to reach sky from her childhood. After finishing her schooling in Punjab and completed to her college in Chandigarh. She moved to the US in 1982 and completed her Master of Science degree in aerospace engineering and the doctorate in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado. In 1997, her dreams and the way she pursued  it was alive. She became the first Indian-born woman and the Second Indian to fly in Space. In 2000, again Kalpana was selected for her second flight as a part of the crew in STD-107. But her second flight was her last. Kalpana Chawla recorded 30 days, 14 hours and 54 minutes in space over the course of 2 missions. On
